New Reynolda Online Ticketing and Membership Portal

We’re excited to introduce our improved ticketing and membership system! You now have the convenience of registering online with Reynolda’s web forms to help expedite your checkout process when ordering museum tickets, renewing your Reynolda House Museum membership, or registering for programs and special events. The registration process is quick and easy to complete!

How to Set Up Your Reynolda Online Account

Step 1: Register Online
Visit our registration page: Click here to register today.
Use the email address associated with your account to ensure your member information is tied back to your membership.

Once registered you will not see a “profile page” with your user information; if you need to make any address or contact info changes please email hello@reynolda.org or let the front desk know the next time you visit.

Step 2: Create a Strong Password
Your password must:
Be at least 12 characters long.
Include one numeric, one special character (e.g., $, #, %), and one uppercase or lowercase letter.
Your password cannot contain your name(s), username, or organization name in any text direction.

Step 3: Set Up Before Opening of Layered Looking: Making Sense of Art
Tickets for Layered Looking: Making Sense of Art are available now!
Ensure your account is ready so you can secure your tickets and take advantage of member-only benefits.

Step 4: Enjoy Member Benefits Automatically
Applicable Member discounts are automatically applied to your cart when you are signed in, and viewable on the checkout page.

Example: If you’re eligible for a 20% discount or complimentary tickets, these will show at checkout once added to your cart.

To order Museum Admission tickets as a member, select the “Museum Admission / Admisión al Museo” option for $18. On the checkout page, applicable discounts will automatically be applied (i.e. Individual 1 complimentary ticket, Dual/Family 2 complimentary tickets, etc).

You must be signed in to your member account in order for member discounts to be applied. 

Step 5: Sign In for Future Purchases
After registering, simply Sign In using your email and password for all future transactions.

Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ on the sign-in page to reset it.
